Integral AI showcased its latest demo, an AI-powered coffee blending robot, in partnership with DENSO WAVE at the 2023 International Robot Exhibition (iREX), held from November 29th to December 2nd at Tokyo Big Sight.

The robot interprets natural language directives, including complex or ambiguous instructions, through an LLM and skillfully handles coffee grinds and water to reliably brew coffee with precision. Integral Task Planner is used to generate robot programs based on natural language commands, while imitative AI learning enables the robot to accurately reproduce operations such as scooping, pouring, and mixing.

The International Robot Exhibition (iREX) is the world's largest robot trade show, held once every two years by the Japan Robot Association and Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.
